I started Future Fit because I’ve seen what happens when good men push too hard for too long—without a system to support the body that carries it all.

Years ago, I lost someone I loved.
He worked hard, gave everything, and never made space for rest, rhythm, or recovery—until it was too late.

That loss became a turning point.
Not just personally, but professionally.

It lit a quiet fire in me to build something different:
A system of restoration.
A rhythm strong enough to reverse fitness age—and deeper than that, to restore presence, identity, and longevity in the body.

I’ve lived each phase myself:

  • The quiet return to self, when nothing needs proving

  • The reshaping of identity, through choices that finally fit

  • And the recode of longevity, where training becomes evidence—not effort

Now I guide others—like Paul—through the same rhythm.
